Service: One-on-one training in TRE® (Tension Releasing Exercises)
Description: Chances are good that you’ve never done anything for 10 or 15 minutes that relaxes you as much as TRE® does. These exercises remind your body how to naturally release tension and build resilience. TRE works well alone or in conjunction with other therapies and is incredibly cost-effective. After you’ve learned to do it, you can release tension and build resilience on your own whenever you need to, without relying on a TRE provider.
Number of sessions offered: three
